Product description
The Ubiquiti UniFi AC Long Range is an 802.11ac UAP device. It is a 3x3 MIMO 2.4GHz and 2x2 MIMO 5GHz Acess Point with modulation rates up to 867 + 450 Mbps and supports 802.11a/b/g/n/ac standards. UAP is designed for offices, hotels, warehouses and similar areas. The antenna system contains one built-in three-polarization dualband 3 dBi antenna with a range up to 183 meters. It also fully supports roaming for passing associated clients between APs. For connectors and power, the UAP-AC-LR has Gigabit LAN with passive 24V over PoE.
Innovative antenna design
Innovative antenna system with higher transmission power provides maximum quality for long range and symmetrical coverage area. A very good and useful feature where mobile devices have a signal but cannot connect to your existing AP.
Unit central management
UniFi APs doesn't have own web GUI and you manage them via UniFi Controller, which you can download on UBNT websites here: http://www.ubnt.com. Or you can manage UAP devices using UniFi Cloud Key which has UniFi Controller preinstalled. Additional benefit is fact that UniFi Controller software is free of costs and includes advanced functions without limitations.
