Product description
Ubiquiti UniFiSwitch US-8-150W Gigabit PoE switch in desktop / rackmount design with maximum PoE power 150W. Manageable switch with 8 Gigabit metallic + 2 Gigabit SFP ports and total throughput 20 Gbps.
PoE setup on each port
Its biggest advantage is Gigabit PoE on each port, which can be set as active PoE 802.3af / at with a maximum power 34.2W/port or passive 24V with a maximum power of 17W/port. Automatic detection ensures full functionality of 802.3af and 802.3at devices without prior configuration. Passive 24V PoE must be set manually.
Management over UniFi Controller
The main difference between UniFi switches and Edge Switches is web management - Edge Switche's WebGUI management is substituted by UniFi Controller in UniFi Switches.
