Product description
NetPower 16P or CRS318-16P-2S+OUT is an outdoor 16-port Gigabit PoE switch for powering IP cameras, PTP or PTMP Wireless devices with a maximum consumption of 34W/port, total PoE budget 300W, IP55 protection and wall or mast mounting. The switch offers two voltage inputs: higher (>30V) and lower (<30V) voltage. In the case of higher voltage, the device can supply 802.3af/at standards, in the case of lower voltage it is only passive PoE.
Connector equipment
The switch has 16 Gigabit PoE out ports, two optical SFP+ ports with a maximum 10Gbps speed, which is suitable in the case of an optical uplink to your server room. Two DC connectors are used to power the switch itself, and it is not obligatory to have both connected - only one is always enough.
Two operating systems
You can choose between the legendary boot-loaded RouterOS or a simpler but powerful SwOS. If you would like to use routing and other L3 layer functions in your CRS, use RouterOS.
